Application Form
- The deadline for applications to the Exchange Programme was 2 April 2007.
Final Report
- From here you can download the form to be used for the final report of every completed project. Please send only one report per project to the Commission on the following address before 1/11/2007:COMM-B2@ec.europa.eu

Financial Report
- From here you can download the form that should be used by Exchange Programme participants who wish to claim reimbursement for their travel and lodging expenses. The form must be sent to the Commission by post and at the latest on 1/11/2007.
